SEAB has achieved a significant milestone, being named one of Singapore's Top 300 Employers for Enhancing Employee Career Growth in the inaugural 2025 Singapore Opportunity Index (SOI).
Launched by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in January 2026, the SOI is a comprehensive, data-driven index that evaluates how employers support meaningful career growth for their employees. Unlike traditional Human Resource evaluation tools, the SOI draws on verified government administrative data, including records from Central Provident Fund (CPF) and MOM, to assess actual workforce outcomes, providing a more grounded and objective picture of how organisations invest in their people.
Organisations featured in the index are assessed across five key dimensions: hiring, gender parity, pay, progression, and retention. The index covers 1,500 organisations across various industries in both the public and private sectors, making the recognition all the more meaningful. SEAB was one of only 34 public sector agencies to be recognised out of 79 assessed — a testament to the organisation's commitment to fostering a supportive workplace where employees can grow and thrive.

Marking a milestone — SEAB Chief Executive Mr Yue Lip Sin received the SOI award, joined by Senior Director Ms Selena Yeo (left) and Senior Assistant Director of Human Resources, Ms Grace Leow (right).
This achievement reflects SEAB's ongoing efforts to build a work environment that not only attracts talent but nurtures it — ensuring that every member of SEAB has the opportunity to develop, progress, and succeed.
