SEAB successfully concluded the conduct of the 2026 Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students (S-AEIS) from 2 to 6 March 2026. The exercise, which supports the Ministry of Education's (MOE) admissions process for international students seeking to enrol in Singapore schools, saw close to 2,300 candidates registered for this year.
Candidates sat for the Secondary 1 and 2 English Language and Mathematics tests on 2 and 3 March 2026 at SEAB's premises. Younger candidates also took the Primary 2 and 3 Mathematics test at SEAB on 4 March 2026. The final day on 6 March 2026 was held at Republic Polytechnic, where a larger group of candidates sat for the Primary 4 Mathematics test.
This year's timetable was reviewed and carefully structured to enhance the experience for candidates. Secondary level students took their English Language and Mathematics papers on separate days, reducing examination fatigue and ensuring smoother logistics such as crowd management.
The multi-venue approach, now in its second year, allowed for effective management of the different candidate groups and contributed to the smooth running of the exercise throughout all four days.
The success of this year's exercise was made possible by the collective effort of SEAB officers across divisions, primarily from the Corporate Cluster. Officers worked closely together behind the scenes to manage logistics and ensure a smooth test experience for all candidates. Their dedication and readiness to support one another throughout the four days reflect SEAB's commitment to delivering assessments that candidates and their families can rely on.
