Please use this form if you require technical assistance with the Candidates Portal. This includes difficulties with login, account creation, uploading supporting documents, updating personal details, amending or verifying subjects, missing fields, system errors.
Tests for Admissions or Placement Exercises: Request for Technical Assistance with Candidates Portal

In-person assistance at SEABβs Visitor Centre is strictly by appointment only, and it is for selected services that cannot be completed via email or call. Please make an appointment via our online form at least 2 business days in advance.
Before confirming your appointment, we will contact you via email or a call to better understand your needs and assist you where possible. You may receive a call from us with this number 6970 6255.
If an in-person appointment is confirmed, we seek your understanding that you may experience longer wait times during peak periods.
