Speaking on behalf of her fellow graduates, Eunice shared how slowing down, remaining grounded, and being intentional had been transformative — both during the CEA journey and in her practice as an educator. Drawing on her capstone assignment, she highlighted how reflection had helped her uncover meaningful insights about the intentional assessment of 21st Century Competencies in schools, and how this eventually led to practical change within her department.

The certificate presentation ceremony was a proud moment for all, with graduates receiving their certificates amid applause and group photos. The tea session also featured an e-Examination showcase by Mr Tan Lee Sze, Assessment Specialist, where he presented innovative e-assessment approaches SEAB has developed over the years. The showcase exemplified the affordances of e-Examinations that paper-based examination could not do otherwise.

The tea session concluded with an engaging dialogue session with SEAB Chief Executive and Directors, where graduates gleaned insights on future developments on e-Examinations, building teachers’ capacity to fairly assess 21st century competencies as well as the use of Artificial Intelligence in the examinations.
