Eligibility Criteria

International students who fall under these two categories should approach the Ministry of Education's (MOE's) Customer Service Centre for assistance.

  1. Those who were formerly studying in MOE's mainstream schools; and

  2. Those who have sat the AEIS or S-AEIS previously and were offered a school place will not be allowed to apply online again.

The following lists the eligibility criteria for an applicant to sit for AEIS. The applicant should sit for the test appropriate for his/her age. Please select the applicant's intended education level (Primary or Secondary) to see the tests available.
