Receive user account to 
Candidates Portal (CP)

  • You will receive your user account through school about one week before results release. You can view your results online if you are unable to collect your results from your school.
  •  




    Announcement of Results Release Date

  • Keep a lookout for the announcement through the media, which would be a few days before actual results release date.
  • - Refer to tentative dates of results release.

     



    Receive Results

  • You will receive your result slip and examination certificate from your school on the day of results release.
  • If you are unable to receive your results from your school due to valid reasons such as being tested positive for COVID-19, you can view your results via CP.
  • - Results are available for viewing on CP for about two weeks from results release date
    - You can refer to this webpage if you would like to make amendments to your certificate. 



    Appeal to Review Results

  • Submit your request through your school.
  • An appeal fee will be charged for each subject.
  • Your appeal must reach SEAB through the school within one week from the date of PSLE results release.
  • Appeals received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • The review takes about three weeks, and the appeal outcome will be released through the schools.
  • Should your appeal be successful:
    i) Your appeal fees will be refunded
    ii) A result slip and examination certificate that reflect the adjusted grade for the subject(s) that you submitted an appeal on will be issued.
  • While waiting for your appeal outcome to be released, you should continue applying to your selected secondary schools.
    - If your appeal is successful, you can approach your primary school or the MOE contact in the appeal outcome letter if you need any assistance.
