The 2021 Private Candidates' Registration Exercise for the Singapore-Cambridge GCE N(T)-, N(A)-, O- and A-Level examinations
This is a supplementary registration exercise for those who had missed the earlier registration exercise and is only available for the year-end examinations.
Registration has to be made via SEAB's Internet Examination Registration System (iERS) from 26 April 2021 to 7 May
2021 (11:59 pm). In addition to the basic fees and subject fees, a late entry fee of S$50.00 per examination level will be charged during the supplementary exercise. GST will be added
to all fees.
Registration for the mid-year examination is no longer allowed.
Registration using Singpass
If you are eligible for Singpass, you must register for your examination(s) by creating an account using your Singpass credentials. The Guide for Singpass Users contains the steps for candidates with Singpass credentials to register for their examinations.
Please visit the Singpass website to register, activate and link your mobile phone/token with your Singpass account.
While the Singpass Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is not required for examination registration, you are strongly encouraged to set up and activate your Singpass 2FA before the examination registration as you will need the 2FA to view your examination
results online when they are released.
Registration without Singpass
If you are not eligible for Singpass, you must register for your examination by creating an account.

credentials to register for their examination(s).
Please read the 'Registration Instructions' before you register for the
examinations. It contains information on the subjects/papers and their examination fees.
Please have the following information ready before you register online:
- Your NRIC No. or Foreign Identification No.
- Your email address
- The subjects that you wish to register for, including the subject name and subject code
- Singpass userID and password (if you are eligible for Singpass)
- Your credit card/debit card/internet banking details (if you intend to pay your examination fees online)
Payment of Examination Fees
You can pay for your examination fees online via credit card/debit card/internet banking or at any SingPost office or Self-Automated Machines (S.A.M).

Please quote the payment reference number in the IERS generated payment advice slip when you make payment using the S.A.M machines or at the SingPost counters.
Your registration will be considered incomplete and will be cancelled if you do not make your payment by 21 May 2021.
You may change the subjects that you have registered for without any fee, if you have not paid your examination fees online and if the amendments are made before the end of registration period.
Should there be amendments to your registered subjects after payment has been made or after the registration period is over, please complete and submit the 'Amendment Request Form'
When making your subject amendment(s), you will need to pay a one-time amendment fee of $20.00, in addition to the fee for each of your added subjects. The fees for the added subjects are
inclusive of 7% GST.
The deadline for subject amendment is 30 June 2021. SEAB will not accept amendment requests after the deadline.
