Visiting SEAB and MOE Customer Service Centre
In light of the COVID-19 local situation, please refrain from visiting SEAB or the MOE Customer Service Centre for queries regarding Statements of Results or appeals for reviews of results.
If you require copies of your examination results, please refer to SEAB's website for the steps to obtain them.
Release of results
The results of the 2020 Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level examinations have been released on 19 February 2021, 2.30 pm.
Private candidates will receive their result slips via post within two (2) days from the date of the results release. The examination certificates will be delivered via registered mail within one (1) month from the date of the release of the results.
The results will be sent to the postal address that you had provided to SEAB.
You will receive the examination certificate if you have obtained at least one Pass grade in one or more subjects. Please refer to this link for
more information on the eligibility to receive an examination certificate.
In view of the COVID-19 situation, you can view your examination results online via SEAB's results release system from
19 February 2021, 3.15 pm to 5 March 2021, 11.59 pm.
For SingPass Holders
If you are eligible for SingPass, you can view your examination results online on the day of the result release, by accessing SEAB's results release system with your SingPass credentials.
To ensure enhanced security for your personal information, you will need to setup your SingPass Two Factor Authentication (2FA) before you can access the system to view your results online. This means that in addition to your Singpass ID and password,
you will need to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) received via SMS or generated via a OneKey token. Alternatively, you can also log-in to SEAB's results release system using
the SingPass Mobile app.
If you have not set up the SingPass 2FA, please log in to the SingPass website at www.singpass.gov.sg and select "Set up 2FA". The
setup process would take up to 7 working days. You are reminded to set up the SingPass 2FA in advance so that you will be able to view your results online.

For Non-SingPass Holders
Your password to access the system will be sent to your email address that you have provided to SEAB, a few days before the results release.

Appeal For Review of Results
You may appeal for a review of your results from 19 February 2021 (3.15 pm) to 26 February 2021 (11.59 pm) through the results release system.
Please note that late applications will not be considered after the appeal period.
The appeal fee for each subject is shown in the table below. The appeal is for the review of the marking of the scripts and for a full clerical re-check.

Once you have made successful payments, the appeal application would be processed.
The payment needs to be made via either of these e-payment options:
- Internet Banking
You will receive the appeal outcome letter via email about one (1) month from the closing date. No report on your performance in the examination will be provided.
