If you would like to get in touch with us, we will be happy to help. We will strive to reply to you as soon as possible. We may take some time to get back to you if time is needed to assess each case. The wait could be longer if we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries.

Reminder: Our staff are here to help and will treat customers with courtesy, respect and professionalism. We ask that you treat our staff in the same manner you expect to be treated. Indecent, abusive or insulting behaviour will not be tolerated. We may refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful towards our staff.

Our operating hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • We are closed on weekends, public holidays, and every 1 April.

Peak periods are:

  • 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • Mondays
  • The day after a public holiday

Visit Us

Please make an appointment at least two business days in advance. You may need to wait longer to be served or be turned away if you do not make an appointment with us or if we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries at the SEAB Visitor Centre.

We will assess your request for an appointment and may contact you via email/phone if your request can be addressed via these channels.

We will aim to confirm your appointment within 2 business days.
