Release of The 2019 Singapore-Cambridge GCE O-Level Examinations Results For Private Candidates
Results for the 2019 Singapore-Cambridge GCE O-Level examinations have been released on 13 January 2020 (2:00 pm).
On the day of the results release, your examination results will be mailed to the address that you have registered with SEAB during the registration exercise.
If you are eligible for SingPass, you will be able to view your examination results online on the day of the result release, by accessing SEAB’s internet Examination Results Release System (iERRS)
with your SingPass.
For enhanced security of your personal information, you need to set up your SingPass Two Factor Authentication (2FA) before you can access the iERRS to view your results online. This means that in addition to your SingPass ID and password, you will need to enter
a One-Time Password (OTP) received via SMS or generated through a OneKey token. Alternatively, you can also log in to iERRS using the SingPass Mobile app.
If you have not set up the SingPass 2FA, please log in to the SingPass website at www.singpass.gov.sg and select “Set up 2FA”. The set up process would take up to 7 working days.
You are reminded to set up the SingPass 2FA in advance so that you will be able to view your results online.

Download Digital O-Level Results
Singaporean & PR candidates can download a digital copy of your O-Level results (in OpenCerts format), from MySkillsFuture’s Skills Passport at
https://www.myskillsfuture.sg/content/portal/en/individual/skills-passport.html one (1) week after O-Level Results Release.
Hardcopy Examination Certificates
You will receive the hardcopy examination certificate within one month from the date of the result release, if you have obtained at least one Pass grade in one or more subjects. The examination certificate will be mailed to the address that you have registered with
SEAB during the registration exercise.
APPEAL FOR REVIEW OF RESULTS
You may appeal for a review of your results from 13 January 2020 (2:00 pm) to 18 January 2020 (12:30 pm). Please note that late applications will not be considered after the appeal period. SingPass Holders can apply for the appeal for a review of results
through the iERRS during the appeal period (Please click here).
Non-SingPass Holders who wish to apply for appeal of results are to download and complete the
Appeal Application Form during the appeal period.
After you have completed the application for the appeal of review of results online or on the hardcopy form, please bring along your identification document, e.g. NRIC or Passport, to make your payment at the Ministry of Education's Customer Service Centre by
Saturday, 18 January 2020, 12:30 pm. Non-SingPass holders must bring along the completed Appeal Application Form when they make their payment.

Mondays - Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
The appeal fee for each subject is $112.35 (inclusive of GST). The appeal is for the review of the marking of the scripts and a full clerical re-check.
Once you have made the payment successfully, the appeal application would be submitted for processing.
Please note that the mode of payment is via cash or NETS.
You will receive the Appeal Outcome letter via email by Friday, 21 February 2020. No report on the candidate’s performance in the examination will be provided.
