Examination Certificates for GCE-Level School Candidates
This page explains the requirements for receiving examination certificates and how to retrieve past years' results if certificates are lost.
Award Eligibility for Examination Certificates
You will receive an examination certificate if you obtain the following grades:
This table shows the minimum grades required to receive examination certificates for different GCE-Level examinations.
Examination | Grades |
|---|---|
GCE N(T)-Level | Grade D or better in one or more subjects |
GCE N(A)-Level | Grade 5 or better in one or more subjects |
GCE O-Level | Grade 6 or better in one or more subjects |
GCE A-Level | Grade E or better in one or more subjects at H1-Level or H2-Level |

Retrieval of Past Years' Examination Results
As the examination certificates are controlled documents, no replacements will be issued if you lose them.
If you have lost your examination result documents, you may retrieve your past years’ examination results in digital format through your Skills Passport of your MySkillsFuture portal provided you are a Singpass holder.
If you are a non-Singpass holder or if your results are not available through MySkillsFuture portal, you can request a copy of your digitised results by contacting us. Please access this page for the application procedures.
