Release of The 2018 Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level Examinations Results For Private Candidates
Results for the 2018 Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level examinations have been released on 22 February 2019 (2.30 pm).
On the day of the results release, your examination results will be mailed to the address that you have registered with SEAB during the registration exercise.
You will receive the examination certificate within one month from 22 February 2019, if you have obtained at least one Pass grade in one or more subjects. The examination certificate will be mailed to the address that you have registered with SEAB during the registration exercise.
If you are eligible for SingPass, you will be able to view your examination results online on the day of the result release, by accessing SEAB’s internet Results Release System (iERRS) with your SingPass.
For enhanced security of your personal information, you need to set up your SingPass Two Factor Authentication (2FA) before you can access the iERRS to view your results online. This means that in addition to your SingPass ID and password, you will need to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) received via SMS or generated through a OneKey token. Alternatively, you can also log in to iERRS using the SingPass Mobile app.
If you have not set up the SingPass 2FA, please log in to the SingPass website at www.singpass.gov.sg and select “Set up 2FA”. The set up process would take up to 7 working days. You are reminded to set up the SingPass 2FA in advance so that you will be able to view your results online.

APPEAL FOR REVIEW OF RESULTS
- You may appeal for a review of your results from 22 February 2019 (2.30 p.m.) to 2 March 2019 (12.30 p.m.). Please note that no further application will be considered after the appeal period. SingPass Holders can apply for the appeal for a review of results through the iERRS during the appeal period (Please click here).
Non-SingPass Holders who wish to apply for appeal of results are to download and complete the Appeal Application Form during the appeal period.
- After you have completed the application for the appeal of review of results online or on the hardcopy form, please bring along your identification document, e.g. NRIC or Passport, to make your payment at MOE, Customer Service Centre by Saturday, 2 March 2019, 12.30 p.m. In addition, non-SingPass holders must bring along the completed Appeal Application Form when they make their payment.
The appeal fee (inclusive of GST) for each subject is:

The appeal is for the review of the marking of scripts and a full clerical re-check.
Once you have made the payment successfully, the appeal application will be submitted for processing.

Please note that the mode of payment is via cash or NETS.
The Appeal Outcome letter will be sent to the private candidates via email by Friday, 5 April 2019. No report on the candidate’s performance in the examination will be provided.
