Audit Committee
The Audit Committee provides guidance on internal and/or external audit functions of the board. This includes assessing the adequacy of the Board's financial processes, reviewing the Board’s internal and external auditors' reports as well as recommending follow up actions on audit observations.

Establishment Committee
The Establishment Committee is responsible for manpower establishment, compensation and reward plans. It approves the promotion of the positions of Deputy Directors and above and serves as an appeal committee in disciplinary and appeal cases.

Business and Infocomm Committee
The Business and Infocomm Committee provides guidance on building the business capabilities of the board and the use of appropriate infocomm technologies for the enhancement of assessment services and other businesses provided by the board.
