Director, Operations Division
Responsibilities
SEAB’s strategic objectives are to ensure security, accuracy and timeliness in the administration of national examinations.
The successful applicant is expected to achieve the objectives by providing leadership to the Operations Division. He / She will also be responsible for creating a conducive environment which motivates and enables the Operations Division to work as a team.

Director, Corporate Services Division
Responsibilities
Successful applicant will lead a team in delivering corporate services including finance, human resource, information system, information management, general administration and public relations. He/she will set strategic directions for the division and ensure smooth delivery of the services. As a member of Senior Management Team, he/she will formulate strategies, together with Chief Executive and other directors, in achieving SEAB’s vision and mission. He/she will also helm the secretariat team in supporting Board functions and activities and oversee the organisational excellence efforts in SEAB.

Deputy Director, Assessment and Research Division
Responsibilities
Successful candidate will set directions for the Maths and Science Department and oversee the department. He/She will lead a team of Assessment Officers in developing assessment instruments and materials including examination syllabuses and formats.
Requirements
- Has a good honours degree in Maths / Science or related discipline.
- Has knowledge and experience in educational assessment and research; post-graduate degree in testing and measurement or equivalent would be an advantage.
- Has at least 8 years of teaching and management experience.
- Is responsible, independent, self-driven, possesses leadership qualities and strong people management skills.

- At least three years of teaching experience
- Some experience or knowledge on research methodology or educational measurement would be an added advantage

Assessment Officer, Theatre Studies and Drama
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for the assessment of A-Level Theatre Studies and Drama, O-Level Drama and other related subjects. He / she will develop examination syllabuses and assessment instruments as well as provides professional advice in the related areas.
Requirements
- Has a degree, preferably in Theatre Studies / Drama
- Has at least 3 years in teaching Theatre Studies / Drama or has at least 3 years in performing arts with research interests in both traditional and world theatre

Assessment Officer, Design and Technology
Responsibilities
Successful applicant will be accountable for the success of Design and Technology in the local education system.
- Devises the assessment criteria and content
- Develops examination syllabuses and instruments

- Manages the marking and moderation processes
- Reviews syllabuses with MOE as well as assessment instruments and criteria

Management Executive, Corporate Communications
Responsibilities
You will be part of a growing team that is responsible for planning and implementing public education programmes and communication plans to build a strong public image for SEAB.
Requirements
To be effective in this role, you must have / be:
- A good degree from a recognized university, preferably in Mass Communications, Public Relations, English Language or related disciplines

Management Executive, Operational Excellence
Responsibilities
Successful applicant is responsible for reviewing and putting in place systems and processes to ensure secure and reliable exam administration and operations at international standards. He/she will conduct benchmarking and process re-engineering exercises and work collaboratively with all departments in implementing plans and tools. He/she will also monitor, review and audit progress and effectiveness of these plans and tools.

Management Executive Officer, Centre for Assessment Training and Services
Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for the smooth conduct of non-national examinations and tests. They will prepare for registration exercises, source for examiners/invigilators, conduct briefings, secure test or examination venues, assist in the conduct of examinations and the release of results.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably with some working experience

Video Editor
Responsibilities
Successful applicant is responsible for post production video editing, video encoding and authoring. He/She also manages the video clip library, the related equipments and video server.
Requirements
- Diploma in Film, Sound and Video production or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and skills in video editing using Finalcut Pro
- Experience in working in Finalcut colour and motion software and knowledge in Mac OS and Fincalcut server will be an added advantage

Audio Engineer
Responsibilities
Successful applicant is responsible for audio recording and editing which includes sound design. He/She takes care of the audio equipment and manage and operate the audio recording studio.
Requirements
- Diploma in Film, Sound and Video production or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and skills working in Protools will be an added advantage

Digital Media Designer
Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for the creative development of interactive content and applications using the most appropriate authoring tools and scripting language.
- Responsible for the implementation of multi-media projects; (e.g. Dynamic / static web sites, flash animations, newsletters, annual report & applications)
- Develop interactive content that can be easily managed, maintained and scalable for future versions or changes.
- Carry out post-production video and sound editing.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Digital Media or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in relevant experience in flash development or digital media development
- Able to develop applications in Adobe Flash ActionScript 3.0
- Should have a good portfolio on Flash design and preferably have undergone formal training in Adobe Flash
- Excellent conceptualisation skills and creativity in producing media rich Flash applications
- Proficient in multimedia authoring and development tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver and Flash, InDesign

HQ Chief Presiding Examiners (HQ CPEs) or HQ Presiding Examiners (HQ PEs)
If you are a retired or former education officer, we would like to invite you to join us as HQ CPE or HQ PE. The HQ CPE will supervise a team of examination personnel in the conduct of examinations/tests offered by SEAB. The HQPE will assist the HQCPE in the conduct of the examinations that may include invigilation duties. Both personnel will have to maintain the security of the examinations/tests and ensure that the examinations/tests are conducted promptly and with integrity.
