.: SEAB - Online Registration For Private Candidates :.


The GCE N, O and A-Level registration period is 13 calendar days (including Sunday), starting on 8 March 2010 until 11:59 pm on 20 March 2010.


The estimated time required to complete the application is about 15 minutes.

You need to have the following information before registering online:
	Candidates' NRIC
	Candidates' Foreign Identification No or Passport
	Subjects/ Papers to be registered, including the Subject Group and Subject Code

Candidates are able to view their registration details from 8 March to 3 April 2010. Payment must be made through any SingPost office or S.A.M. between 27 March and 3 April 2010.

During the registration period, private candidates can make amendments to their subject / paper entries without any amendment charges.

After the registration period, amendment requests have to be made to SEAB through either email ( contact@moe.edu.sg ) or posted mail to ( 298, Jalan Bukit Ho Swee, Singapore 169565 ). Candidates have to clear all outstanding payments prior to making any amendments. An amendment fee of S$20.00 (in addition to the subject fee) will be charged for each amendment request made after the registration period, i.e. 20 March 2010 onwards.
